I've been working with Python/Zope/Plone since 2003, and about 2 years with Django, with a friend I run ZNC Sistemas (http://www.znc.com.br), and we've already deployed some django sites, and have other projects currently being developed.

Our main cases are GIS (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GIS) related ones due to a partnership with ArcPlan (http://www.arcplan.com.br)
