I have about 11 years experience in web development overal, coding on Python and Django since 2007. Here are some points that I"d describe myself:

• Love learning new modern technologoies. My last area of interest is big data and high performance services. I'm learning Cassandra and following other NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Redis, HBase.
• I prefer backend over frontend, but can do both.
• I love unittests.
• I like to do data processing and analysis, data mining. I like building APIs.
• Current stack that I deploy Django apps on is: Linux(Ubuntu), NGINX, uWSGI, MySQL, HAProxy if needed.
• I prefer working on business automation systems over beautiful homepages.
• Interested in realtime client side things. I'd be happy to do it on JavaScript. I have quite a lot of experience with JavaScript in general and in particular with jQuery, Socket.io, GWT (but prefere to not use it anymore, it's died), a little experience with Node.js, Angular.js. Watching at Dart, would love to dig into it.
• I have entrepreneurial mind. I can and love generating new ideas. After digging into the project I'd find a lot of ideas on how to improve the product or make it better.
