I'm an engineer that take his job very seriously, i pass most of my time creating exciting stuff (mostly open source) and learning new technologies, i believe that:

• If all you have is a hammer, all your problems will looks like a nail.
• Premature optimization is the root of all evil.
• Your teammates are the best teacher you can get.
• Inside every large, complex program is a small, elegant program that does the same thing, correctly
• If the implementation is easy to explain, it may be a good idea.
