I graduated from Oregon State University in early 2008 with a BS in Computer Science. About a year before that, I came across something written in Python and decided to learn it and was hooked ever since.

While in training for my first out of school job, a co-worker told me I should check out Django, so I did. Since then I've been playing with it as a hobby, although my regular job used PHP. I recently started making a personal website on Google AppEngine using Django.

I am currently working for a small software as a service company in Portland, Oregon.
