I have long experience working on integrated and remote environments. I have been working in remote teams for over 4 years now; and right now I'm the lead developer of a developers team distributed around Latin America.

Over 5 years of Freelance work allowed me to build a long experience in working through the regular communication problems that appear in this field.

Thanks to my contracted work by the Open Source Community (Ubuntu) I have a great experience in working on and with distributed teams.

I work closely with Buyers, with daily communications, to get the project complete on date.
