I founded the company Give and Take, Inc. ( http://www.giveandtake.com ) while I was student at Stanford university and continued to work on it full time after my graduation. As the CTO, I have developed the core technology of company and also had the chance of managing a team of 5 to bring the website front-end graphic design. This gave me a good experience in working with a small team environment and learned to deliver products in crunch time with minimal resources.
