My name is Matias Kruk and I'm Informatic Engineer. I worked for companies as Nextive (recently aquired by a argentinian worldwide company Globant) and important institutions as INIDEP which is a scientifical institution in Mar del Plata, Argentina. In INIDEP, I worked in a project for the Argentinian satellite SAC-D. Our team developed a digital oceanographical atlas in order to get a better data quality from our databases for the calibration of the satellite Now I'm tech leader in charge of an email marketing platform which is similar than MailChimp. The platform has a daily demand greater than 300K messages and a subscription rate every 2 minutes. As you can imagine, performance and deadlines are a key factor to success. I'm a methodic developer who always I need to document every stage of the project. My aim is that client must be satisfied not only with the quality but also with times. I'm always looking new technologies to apply. I think performance is a relevant issue to a better customer satisfaction, especially in demanding services as jetmails which has more than a million of subscribers. In order to do that, the code should be tested conciously, so “UnitTest” is a silver bullet. Moreover in an advanced testing stage (such as stress tests), I have background in the use of automation libs such as mechanize and scrapy.
