I am a software engineer with a degree in Computer Science. I have 3+ years of experience participating in the full SDLC of a distributed, multi-agent web spider and data parsing system. The system was built using a combination of Java, Apache HTTP Server, Tomcat and Oracle Database technologies. I am currently a Java developer for a media monitoring company working on automated aggregating and data mining of high volumes of social media on the web. I am currently not looking for full time employment but am available for part time contract type gigs.
