As backend developer, you are a key part of the product team and responsible for the platform used by tens of thousands of mentees every month. You will work with other members of the product team and collaborate with design, management, and other members of the development team.

- Good grasp of backend development with Django, Redis, AWS, Postgres

- Ability to quickly learn, understand code and read into API documentation

- Good communication with fluent English, amazing writing skills

- Ability to work in an internationally distributed team

- Some experience with frontend technologies such as TailwindCSS, Alpine, or React is a plus

- Confidence to take decisions on your own
