Web Developer Knowing OLD DJANGO

Looking to hire someone who has experience with DJANGO and can upgrade the program, as mine is 10 years old. Would want some familiarity with Linux in general. If familar with Opalstack web hosting would be a nice bonus but not a requirement. Need the program updated and several changes made to the website.
