Lead Django Developer
We are looking to hire a talented, enthusiastic and hard-working Python/Django developer to come on board as the Lead developer of ParkatmyHouse (http://www.parkatmyhouse.co.uk) with the goal of promoting them in to CTO after around 6 months (and continue as our lead developer).
You will be heavily involved in decision making processes, drive the product development and work directly alongside the CEO.
The position is perfect for an ambitious coder who would prefer to be a driving force behind innovation rather than someone who looks at a specification and follows it word for word going through the motions.
ParkatmyHouse works with a number of web services and API's and the job will involve fresh challenges on a weekly basis. We love trying out new technologies and offering them to our visitors.

Required technical skills: - Python/Django experience - XHTML - A demonstrated expert-level proficiency in Python/Django - A strong understanding of SQL and database design - Solid design, programming, and debugging skills
Have experience or feel they can quickly learn the following exciting technologies that we currently use:
- Postgres
- Solr
- Apache/WSGI
Nice to have technical skills: - Database optimisation experience - SEO - Experience with Google Maps and Paypal APIs
