Website for activists around the world

Looking for a developer to volunteer his talent and time for a non-profit website aimed at social/political activists around the world. The website would allow anyone to post their profile and project and receive funding from around the world(through PayPal, Chip In or Amazon) or get free assistance. The website would allow the activists to list their projects on the front page in various sections. As an open-source project, after the initial creation of the web, anyone would be able to contribute to further development by expanding the website with widgets and applications etc. I would be participate in the project as a graphic designer and will make the design part of the website.
