Brilliant coder needed for long term help for eLearning basement startup

I need a clean coder to help me develop CRUD recipes for our elearning app, which has a Python backend connecting to GAE, and using many Django elements. The original coder has used a lot of code that seems overly complicated, and creating new data calls is almost impossible without advanced knowledge of Python. I'd like somebody to help create some recipes for me that would make it easier to manipulate our data and make new data calls, and create queries from data sets.
If I can find the right coder I have other things I'd like, such as an open login integration for our app (Open ID or Jan Rain RPX). If you love github and love to take existing projects to quickly make new features for an app, you are my guy!

The front end is Flex but you won't need to interact with that at all unless you want to.

About me: I'm a developer myself, albeit a cut and paster, the Flex app is mostly mine and I navigate ok around 3 or 4 languages (As3 being the easiest for me). I am a very hard worker as this Spanish elearning app is a big new initiative based on education materials I've authored and been selling for 10 years. I am a mom of 2 toddlers so I don't have time to waste, but I enjoy working with programmers who have a huge curiosity, a good sense of humor, and don't mind putting in extra hours just to see where they can take something. Anybody who has little free time, just wants to make a buck, or who doesn't give %100 of their brain and integrity to a job is not the right guy or gal for this gig.
This is a long term gig which will start small and underfunded, but will hopefully turn into a sweet gig.
