Customize UPS module in Satchmo

We are looking for someone to assist in customizing Satchmo's UPS interface. Needs to group all items in shopping cart in one package (rather than default, which is one package per item).
Ideally, you have done this sort of thing already and can demonstrate, but if not, experience with Satchmo e-commerce app for Django is desirable.
