Studio Tools

I have a relatively simple django project that I need to get done.
I'm an experienced software engineer, but I don't have the cycles to
do this myself. I have, however, carefully thought out the
requirements and design, so I can be quite clear about what I need
done.
It should take about 2 weeks to get done, but it needs to be done on
time and it needs to be well written. Ready to start ASAP. I am
willing to code review myself.
I would *prefer* someone in the sf bay area, so I can sit down and go
over the design and requirements, but am willing to work remotely as
long as the person is a good communicator.
The project is a small set of tools to run a music production facility
(simple ticket system, studio reservations, studio time logging,
equipment checkout). This is not commercial software or the like,
just a functional system to keep a music studio working smartly.
You're even welcome to keep the code and open source it if you like.
Clearly I am willing to pay reasonably for the hours to do this, but
cannot pay exorbitant "consultant" wages. Just looking for a good
programmer willing to do an nice job. There is also the possibility
of further work on several different ongoing projects.
I will want to see some code examples, and a simple resume would be
nice too (or at least a sufficient list of sizable project).
