A successful independent music label requires a talented Django programmer or two with strong links to the community to take up the reigns on an interesting project.

Next phase of development includes:

- Bounty based bug squashing and tightening/refactor of existing quality code base.
- Integration of Satchmo - for physical (and potentially digital) product sale.
- Addition of social-networking/communication services.
- Development of a django-massmailer application (along the lines of poMMo/phpList or other such mailing list manager)

Where appropriate all code can be considered for re-injection into the community.

The right candidate(s) can telecommute from anywhere - with appropriate disclosure and accountability.

Remuneration it negotiable, and commensurate with experience.
