Django developer

We are looking for Django developer for personalizing Django admin interface. Besides we want to create a template structure for adding functionality to our django based app.
Our application is developed with GWT and we interact with Django as a rest server. We have not used Django templates technology. Now, we want to use Django templates and we are looking for experienced programmers. This is a long term position but we would to test developers with some specific task.
We would like to try with a project and if results are ok we can agree for longer relationship.
