We're a custom development firm in San Francisco, creating web and mobile applications for some really great global brands. You can see more about us at www.Tivix.com.

We are looking for a (contract to start) Mobile (Phonegap or Android or iPhone) and Web (Python / Django) Engineer, for our new office in Wrocław.

The stack we generally work in includes Ubuntu, Apache, MySQL, and Django/Python on the back-end, plus HMTL5/CSS3/JavaScript on the front-end. We tend to use Responsive Design methodology, and we're big on LESS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript libraries such as Backbone.js to bring structure to web applications.

Like everyone else, we're increasingly doing mobile application projects. We’re looking to build on Phonegap for HTML5 based mobile applications and Java / Objective-C for Android / iOS respectively.

We're looking to add another great Developer/Engineer to our team. If you're the kind of person who enjoys working hard to build applications, enjoys the synergies of being part of a team, and enjoys the variety that comes with being a custom job shop (lots of different clients with lots of different kinds of projects), then this would be a great fit for you.

We tend to have a “work hard/play hard” kind of culture. Some weeks we work long hours in order to meet launch dates and milestones, some weeks we relax and go out to long lunches together.
