According to our Growth, we're looking for another head of development/ co-founder to lead the team expanding into new markets.

You'll find our website at https://inismo.com/ as well as our current team. INISMO exist of 2 founders who started and lead the project as well as a few developers around the globe (remote). Since we are growing and going to the next step, we are also planning to extent our developers team in future too.

For the head of development position, we expect experience not only in programming for more than 3 years, but also some evidence of previous leading positions, e.g. as project manager, that shows your skills to lead and motivate a team as well as to recruit new team members, if necessary.

We expect to get in touch and to get to know each other first for some time, so that you can experience our team, our system.
