In November, ekologi piloted a community noticeboard that helps you find the resources you need to achieve a social impact, like Gumtree® but for social change. People list events, services, goods, funding, recruitment and other resources they offer or need, www.ekologi.coop. The benefits:

ekologi, a non-profit, is now developing version 2.0 for a formal launch in autumn are looking for a freelance Django developer

Freelance Web Developer

• The programmer will be responsible for programming and plugging components together to fulfill the requirements of the wire frames and site map. • The ideal candidate would well versed in Django, understand the business and offer creative solutions, and be a good communicator. Requires PHP and SQL. • Work hours and location are flexible. Ideally, you would be able to meet periodically at ekologis’ office in Islington, London, and available two to three days per week during the design period, September and October. Periodic maintenance would be needed in the mid to long term.
