bloomspot - a well funded, innovative consumer internet start up - is seeking an outstanding engineer with 2+ years of experience who is passionate about building a great company. While bloomspot is experiencing amazing user growth, our team is still small (in single digits). Our ideal candidate combines technical talent, product intuition, communications skills and ability to both code and convert ideas into real products. This person will play a key role in building the company.

We are seeking hands-on software engineers with a passion for building compelling user experiences to expand upon our Python/Django platform. We have openings for frontend, backend, and full stack engineers on our consumer, merchant, analytics, and infrastructure teams. We are open to full time and contracting arrangements. Freelance roles can work remotely 50% of the time, with the remainder spent in our SOMA office (blocks from the Caltrain). jQuery/JQM/HTML5 experience is a plus.
